MISSION
Performance Training is the core of the IAD® approach, committed to developing a broad foundation for the athlete.
The IAD® Performance Training program seamlessly combines proven performance specialists, a process-based approach, scientific-based methodology, and exceptional support services in the finest facilities for the aspiring and driven athlete.
Designed to facilitate the development of the six major components of athleticism: speed, strength, suppleness, stamina, strategy, and skill, IAD® Performance Training identifies, integrates, and sequences the critical components of athletic formation.
Specific programs:
The I6 model illustrates the 36-point vertical integration of trainable athlete characteristics and IAD® training components. Vertical integration is maintained throughout the athlete's daily training routine; horizontal integration of training methodology, specialization, and competition control is maintained throughout the lifespan of the athlete (lifecycle periodization).
