Eric Kluft: Director of Performance Training
Eric has spent his career in youth, high school and collegiate athlete development.  A former All-Conference Collegiate athlete he spent over 7 years working with high school & youth athletes at Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas.  As the Director of Strength & Conditioning & Assistant Athletic Director, Eric worked with 18 sports and over 750 athletes per year, producing collegiate athletes in numerous sports.  During his career, Eric has worked with professional athletes from the: National Football League, Canadian Football League, Major League Baseball and Professional Rugby Leagues.  He has also trained all levels of NCAA collegiate athletes.  Eric is a licensed Sports Performance Coach with USA Weightlifting.  He is a member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association and completing qualifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Lauren Withrow: Performance Specialist
Lauren is new to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Prior to moving to the Dallas area she resided in Chicago and most recently Madison, Wisconsin.  While in both Chicago and Madison Lauren  proved to be a viable asset as a sports performance specialist and marketing director at Athletic Republic. She has trained athletes of all abilities and ages including many professional and division 1 athletes who have gone on to have very successful careers.   A three-sport athlete in high school, she also competed in Cross County / Track and Field at Carthage College (Kenosha, WI).  Lauren received a B.S. in Exercise Sports Science and Business Administration.  She still enjoys competing and completed the Chicago Marathon in the fall of 2008 and is currently training for her second.  Lauren was recently married in October 2010 and resides in Plano with her husband Matt.
Tara Comfort: Director of Athlete Development
Tara has over 25 years of experience in the women’s soccer community.  After her playing career she transitioned into skill development and performance training for youth athletes.
Tara is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs.    During her time at SMU she received many honors. Her picture along side her accomplishments hang proudly in the SMU Hall of Fame.

* Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Player-of-the-Year and Most Valuable Player in the WAC Postseason Tournament in 2001


* First-team All-WAC player four consecutive years; a SMU school record


* First-team All Regional Team 1999-2001


* Represented the United States Women’s National Team in the 1999 Pan American Games


* SMU Most Valuable Player in 1999; Team -  1999 WAC Champions; Sweet 16 Finalists - NCAA Playoff Championship


* U-16/U-17/U-21 United States Women’s National Soccer Team


* U-21 Adidas Women’s National Team                             


* Freshman All-American in 1998


* 1st recipient of the High School Girls Gatorade Circle of Champions National Player of the Year – 1998


*Parade Magazine All-American – 1997-1998


* Dallas Morning News Women’s Athlete of the Year – 1998


Tara resides in Frisco, TX with her husband Eric.
