LEARN (9 - 11 yrs)
At this age we strive to increase motor coordination. Concentrating on rhythm, reaction, balance, coordination & spatial awareness. Beginning the foundation for building top-end speed (velocity) & change of direction (agility).
TRAIN (12 - 14 yrs)
Jumping mechanics & plyometric drills are essential at this age. Strength endurance is the emphasis. Concentration on change of direction speed & speed strength. Using resistance modules to build explosive strength, explosive power and to strengthen leaping ability.
COMPETE (15 - 18 yrs)
This age group must focus on all forms of strength development per sport specialization. Learning the correct neuromuscular patterns through resistance training, change of direction technique & acceleration mechanics is essential. Maximum speed is one of the essential phases in this training cycle.
WIN (18+ yrs)
This group is for athletes continuing to train and perform at high levels. This stage truly begins to help the athlete specialize in preparing the body for seasonal competition and career longevity.
THRIVE (Adult)
This training allows us to keep our mind, body and spirit alive. We want to feel healthy and look good!
