Futsal is the indoor version of association football (soccer) that is officially sanctioned by footballs international governing body, the Federation International de Football Association (FIFA).
Futsal is played between two teams of five players, one of which is the goalkeeper; in addition each team may have a number of substitutes. Unlike some other forms of indoor football, the field is delineated by lines, not nets or boards which the ball may be played off. The ball used tends to be heavier and therefore promotes better ball control and on the ground passing. Furthermore the smaller area of play forces players to improve their skills and reaction time to on the spot decision making.
Our Performance Training curriculum is designed to facilitate the development of the six major components of athleticism: speed, strength, suppleness, stamina, strategy, and skill by identifying, integrating, and sequencing the critical components of athletic formation.
Sport-specific instruction - through our camps and year-round skill development programs which emphasize the sound execution of proper fundamentals, while addressing the strategic, conceptual, and mental understanding of the sport critical to achieving intelligent play, confidence, and leadership qualities in the athlete's chosen sport.
State-of-the-art facility - designed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance to create a challenging and structured, yet fun and cool, environment.
Supported by research - conducted by experts in sport science, proven practical training expertise, and the application of our own leading-edge technology, known as IAD Track, an internally-developed, proprietary software tool, accessible online, which analyzes select quantitative data measured during the training process to enhance the systematic and progressive development of the athlete.
